PMP stands for Project Management Professional. PMP Certification is a globally recognized certification for project managers who have demonstrated experience and competence in leading and directing projects. It's offered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is considered the gold standard in project management certifications worldwide.
The PMP Certification is valid for three years. To maintain your certification, you need to earn 60 Professional Development Units (PDUs) every three years. These PDUs can be earned through various activities like attending courses, workshops, webinars, or contributing to the profession.
The PMP exam consists of 180 questions that you need to answer within 230 minutes (3 hours and 50 minutes). The exam covers three domains: People (42%), Process (50%), and Business Environment (8%). The questions are a mix of multiple-choice, multiple-response, matching, hotspot, and fill-in-the-blank.
PMI does not publish official pass rates for the PMP exam. However, the exam is known to be challenging. Our course has a 98% pass rate for first-time test takers who complete all course materials and practice exams.
